Cancellation is straightforward. If you're on a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. For annual subscribers, no action is needed as plans do not auto-renew. Rest assured, all your data remains safe in your AIVocal account after cancellation.

As a SaaS platform, AIVocal services are generally non-refundable. However, we may review refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors on our end or requests made within 24 hours of an initial purchase (excluding promotional offers, renewals, or upgrades). No. Your AIVocal annual subscription will not auto-renew. It will simply expire at the end of your billing cycle, giving you full control.

Yes, for uninterrupted service, your AIVocal monthly plan is set to auto-renew. If a renewal fails (e.g., due to payment issues), your account will automatically switch to the free plan the following month.
